Craft Agave Spirits Menu
We don’t carry celebrity or corporate tequilas because many big brand tequila makers either speed up the distilling process by using hydrochloric acid, or add sugars and adjuncts like vanilla extract to give their tequilas fake flavoring. Instead, we have put together a collection of agave-based spirits from independent and artisan distilleries that treat the agave plant with the respect it deserves. We believe these spirits are superior in quality to more well known brands.
Agave Spirits:
Siempre Plata $8 / Reposado $10 / Anejo $13.5
Co-founded by a woman from a family of female mezcal distillers
La Gritona Reposado $10
Woman master distiller & an almost all female staff
Tequila Ocho Plata $11 / Reposada $17
Voted “World’s Best Tequila” in 2020
Curamia Blanco $11

Jose Quervo Reserva De la Familia Platino $9
